CATALIST CONSULTING: is a company that was founded out of the BE MORE SERVE MORE -
Rainmakers Mentality. We have spent years developing STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS with the understanding in mind of what makes TEAM BUILDING successful. THE CORE PRINCIPLES in our RELATIONHIP BUILDING can be found HERE IN THE BOOK
"THE FIVE DYSFUNCTIONS OF A TEAM" by Patric Lencioni.
OUR understanding of these principles is what we bring together to create ABUNDANCE for our CLIENTS and other VENDOR partners.
INSANITY is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. If you want different
RESULTS... you have to

WHO ARE YOUR ALLOYS? this play on words encompasses our business with two words,
allies and

2. to associate or connect by some mutual relationship, as resemblance or friendship.
–verb (used without object)
3. to enter into an alliance; join; unite.
–noun
4. a person, group, or nation that is associated with another or others for some common cause or purpose: Canada and the United States were allies in World War II.
5. Biology. a plant, animal, or other organism bearing an evolutionary relationship to another, often as a member of the same family: The squash is an ally of the watermelon.
6. a person who associates or cooperates with another; supporter.
ALLOY: An alloy is a partial or complete solid solution of one or more elements in a metallic matrix. Complete solid solution alloys give single solid phase microstructure, while partial solutions give two or more phases that may be homogeneous in distribution depending on thermal (heat treatment) history. Alloys usually have different properties from those of the component elements.
Alloying one metal with other metal(s) or non metal(s) often enhances its properties. For instance, steel is stronger than iron, its primary element. The physical properties, such as density, reactivity, Young's modulus, and electrical and thermal conductivity, of an alloy may not differ greatly from those of its elements, but engineering properties, such as tensile strength[1] and shear strength may be substantially different from those of the constituent materials. This is sometimes due to the sizes of the atoms in the alloy, since larger atoms exert a compressive force on neighboring atoms, and smaller atoms exert a tensile force on their neighbors, helping the alloy resist deformation. Alloys may exhibit marked differences in behavior even when small amounts of one element occur.
